Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduation or Postgraduation from a recognized university.
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECCE), NTT, Montessori, B.Ed., or relevant teaching qualification will be preferred for teaching positions.
- Relevant administrative and leadership experience is desirable for the School Coordinator position.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Kindergarten or Preschool environment.
- Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may also be considered for suitable positions.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching young children.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Child-centred teaching approach.
- Creativity in lesson planning and activity-based learning.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate classroom instruction.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Plan creative classroom activities and learning experiences.
- Monitor children's academic and social development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
- Support school events and extracurricular activities.
- Coordinate academic programs and teacher activities (School Coordinator).
